Your role
You are the direct line between us and the decision makers. Your job: pick up the phone, start conversations, book meetings. In parallel you handle replies from our running email and LinkedIn campaigns, qualify, coordinate and fill the pipeline.
We are CegTec, GTM Engineering partner for premium B2B brands in the DACH region. Our outreach is AI-driven, but the final step to a meeting is made by a human. That is you.
What your day looks like
- 40–60 calls a day, contacting B2B decision makers (C-level, VP Sales, Head of Marketing) in the DACH region directly
- Reply handling, turning incoming replies from email and LinkedIn campaigns into booked meetings
- 8–12 qualified meetings per month as your target. That is what you are measured on, that is what grows your earnings
- Lead qualification, quickly recognising whether a contact fits our ICP and prioritising accordingly
- CRM hygiene, keeping the pipeline up to date in HubSpot, tracking follow-ups cleanly
Your first month
- Week 1: Onboarding. You learn our offering, our customer segments and the sales stack
- Week 2: You sit in on live calls, practise pitch and objection handling with the team
- Week 3: First own calls and reply handling, with direct feedback
- Week 4: You work your own pipeline independently, with full support in the background
What you bring
- You love picking up the phone. Cold calling is not a necessary evil for you, it is your game
- First experience in B2B outbound or phone sales
- Strong communication in German. You hit the right tone with managing directors and marketing leads alike
- Structured way of working. No lead gets lost, no follow-up forgotten
- Self-starter. You do not wait for tasks, you find the next opportunity
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Instantly.ai or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What you get
- OTE €55–75k, base salary plus uncapped commission. If you perform, you earn more
