What it’s about
You spend six months full time in the sales team of a software company that sells with its own product. You research target companies, hold first conversations and learn how a cold message becomes a meeting.
CegTec builds software for GTM with forward deployed engineers at its side. Profitable, bootstrapped, growing. You do not get a pile of odd jobs, you get your own field of work with a measurable result.
How we work
Every role at CegTec works with AI agents on the same principle:
- Set the goal: You define what should be achieved, for example 20 qualified meetings a month.
- Agents build: Agents do the work: research, data, drafts, routine.
- Evaluate the result: You review what comes out and give clear feedback: good, not good, and why.
- Iterate: The agents get better with every round until the goal is met.
That way your time goes where it matters: talking to people, meaning prospects, customers, partners and the team.
What you do
- Outbound through our own platform — research target companies and contacts, check messages and help steer sequences.
- First conversations — answer replies, clarify questions and book meetings with the founding team.
- Work with agents — you check messages and qualifications from the AI agents, rate them and give feedback so they improve.
- Cold calls — after onboarding, your own calls, accompanied by an experienced colleague.
- Evaluate — what works, what does not, and what we test next.
What you explicitly don’t do
You do not program, you do not run customer projects and you do not negotiate contracts. Your field is new-customer outbound in-house.
Who you probably are
One of three stories fits:
- You study business or something related and want to sell during your internship instead of just watching.

Bonus
- First experience with customer contact or phone work
- First exposure to sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly or comparable)
- Your own LinkedIn account with visible activity
