Small team, big responsibility. Your work has real impact on real campaigns from day 1.
You win new clients, from first contact to kickoff call. A clear ideal customer profile and your own sequences on LinkedIn and email. Paid on meetings held and on the close: a fee per qualified meeting plus commission on setup and retainer.
You run the outbound programme for several clients: steering campaigns, approving copy, triaging replies, sharpening playbooks. Paid per client you run, a flat fee plus two performance bonuses, tiered by how many mandates you carry.
You work directly with a co-founder and run go-to-market day to day: booking meetings through our own platform, cold calls, multichannel outreach, discovery calls, personal branding. Broad generalist, no fixed task list.
You build the systems that turn raw data into booked meetings: tables, sequences, workflows, agents. The role asks for three things at once, an understanding of sales, a feel for marketing, and the ability to build it yourself. €4,500–5,500 fixed per month + KPI bonus.
Internship (3–6 months) or freelance, your choice: you work active outbound with a focus on cold calling and AI-driven outreach on tier-1 accounts in our ICP.
You run our AI content system: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, repurposing. Founder insights become publishable content through AI workflows, you run the machine.
You test and optimise our platform, build internal tools and pair with Claude Code as a coding partner. AI coding tools make you 3–5x more productive, if you know how to drive them.
