You are an AI software engineer who uses AI coding agents to evolve our self-optimising GTM system. Core competencies: data analytics, agentic sales AI pipelines and feedback loops that make the system measurably better. €80–95k OTE.
Full-time internship (3–6 months): you work active outbound with a focus on cold calling and AI-driven outreach on tier-1 accounts in our ICP.
You take over our clients and operate the self-improving GTM system that books qualified meetings and drives revenue through outbound and content. End-to-end pipeline ownership, measured on positive replies and meetings booked. €80–95k OTE.
You run our AI content system: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, repurposing. Founder insights become publishable content through AI workflows, you run the machine.
You test and optimise our platform, build internal tools and pair with Claude Code as a coding partner. AI coding tools make you 3–5x more productive, if you know how to drive them.
