You pay for usage, not for seats.

If we do not reach at least 5 qualified meetings within 90 days of the setup start, you get €1,700 back. The amount is fixed by agreement and relates to the setup price. The platform licence is not affected, because the platform was running during that time. This refund is the only claim if the target is missed; success itself is not owed. The precondition is your full cooperation: onboarding data and access within 5 working days, sign-off on sequences and lead lists within 3 working days, CRM access and a connected meeting tool, no change to the ICP and no pausing during the guarantee period. The specific targets and all conditions are set out in your offer.

A meeting booked through the connected meeting tool (cal.com or Calendly) with a person who matches the agreed ICP and who either decides or is involved in the decision at the customer company, recorded in the CRM. No-shows without a rescheduled meeting, meetings outside the ICP and conversations with existing contacts from your own base do not count.

On a longer term the offer can set a monthly conversion target, optional rather than automatic. A conversion is a qualified meeting or a qualified positive reply, and each contact counts at most once. If the target is missed in two consecutive full calendar months, you can cancel in text form with 14 days’ notice to month end, within 10 working days of the end of the second month. The first full month after the service starts does not count, nor do months in which you ask for changes to the ICP, the audience or the messaging, nor the month after those. The target, how it is counted and the conditions are set out in your offer (clause 3.2 of the service description).

Starter is €149 per workspace and month with 5,000 credits; Growth is €499 per workspace and month with 25,000 credits. Register yourself and you start with four free weeks and 2,000 credits; plans booked through an offer start immediately. The trial runs once per account and includes one seat plus full API and MCP access, and a seat is a connected LinkedIn or WhatsApp account rather than a person. There is no per-user fee, so any number of people work in the same workspace. If you run a large number of workspaces, a volume tier applies from ten active ones.

A workspace is a sealed-off GTM environment: its own data, its own playbook, its own credits and its own billing. Agencies typically run one workspace per client, companies one per business unit or market. You can create as many as you need.

Credits are the thinking work of the system: research per company, AI qualification against your ICP, contact enrichment including email and phone discovery, and writing the outreach. As a rule of thumb, around 8 credits go into one researched lead and around 250 credits into one positive reply. If the monthly volume is not enough, you buy credits on top as a package: 5,000 for €125 or 15,000 for €330, one-off or monthly. The monthly allowance of your plan expires at month end; packages bought on top are valid for 12 months from purchase, and the monthly allowance is always used first.

The same platform, a different division of labour. On self-service you run the system yourself and pay the licence per workspace: Starter €149, Growth €499 a month. On done-for-you our service comes on top, research, outreach, reply handling and refinement. They stay two separate blocks though: €2,001 service plus €499 platform licence, €2,500 a month together, not a package price but a sum of two items on two invoices. The biggest practical difference is the sending infrastructure. On self-service no plan includes cold outreach mailboxes or sending domains, and you add them individually when you need them (€9 per mailbox per month, €25 per domain one-off). On done-for-you, 5 mailboxes and 2 domains are part of the service, with setup, DNS, warm-up and operation. Connecting your own mailboxes is free and unlimited in both models.

As many sender identities as you want, that is not capped, and connecting your own mailboxes is free and unlimited. Only three things are billed. First, seats for LinkedIn or WhatsApp: Starter carries 1, Growth 5, Enterprise 10, and every further seat costs €19 per month and can be added at any time. Second, cold outreach mailboxes at €9 per month, and third, sending domains at €25 one-off. Those two are not self-service: behind them sit setup, DNS, warm-up and ongoing operation by us. No plan includes them, whereas on done-for-you 5 mailboxes and 2 domains are part of the service.

Because you get two different things. One is the licence for the CegTec Platform, the same software self-service customers run themselves, governed by the SaaS Terms. The other is our service: the people who run research, campaigns and reply handling for you, governed by the Service Description. The offer shows them as separate blocks; billing runs on two separate invoices, each citing its own rulebook. The practical benefit: you can end the service and keep the platform, in which case exactly that one invoice falls away, and your data stays yours, and on full payment you receive a perpetual right to use the work results, meaning the analyses, reports, visualisations and the findings derived from them (clause 5.2 of the general terms).

No. Self-service plans are cancellable monthly, and anyone who registers themselves starts with four free weeks without a credit card. For done-for-you the setup is the entry point, and it carries a meeting guarantee so the first step is not a risk. The service is booked separately: from month 2 with setup, from day 1 without.
