You receive a full month of campaign runtime including ongoing optimisation.

How does the money-back option in the pilot work?

If we do not reach the agreed target within 90 days of pilot start (typically at least 5 qualified meetings), you receive 50% of the setup fee (€1,950) back. A qualified meeting is a meeting booked via the connected calendar (cal.com or Calendly) with an ICP-matching decision maker, recorded in the CRM.

What is a qualified meeting?

A meeting booked via the connected meeting tool (cal.com or Calendly) with a decision maker who matches the defined ICP, recorded in the CRM. Measurement requires CRM access and a connected meeting tool.

How is the monthly retainer structured?

Accepted Answer

The retainer is based on your growth goals: Base €2,500/month (incl. 1 playbook, 1 email sender and 1,000 leads). Additional playbooks cost €500/month. Extra leads cost €1/lead in 500-unit increments. Email senders cost €100/profile/month. LinkedIn senders cost €100/profile/month. Optional CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce) costs €500/month. Longer terms come with discounts on the base price (up to 20%).

What happens with leads per 1,000 contacts?

2025 B2B outbound benchmarks: from 1,000 leads we typically generate 50–80 MQLs (positive/neutral replies), of which 15–25 become qualified SQLs, 8–12 meetings are booked, and 2–4 new customers are won. We optimise these numbers monthly based on your actual conversion rates.

Which channels are covered?

Email is included in every playbook. Additional email senders cost €100/month per profile. LinkedIn is optional and is also billed at €100/month per profile. Sequences are multi-channel and individually tailored to your target audience.

How quickly will I see first results?

Week 1–2: onboarding, ICP research, infrastructure setup and playbook creation. Week 2: first campaigns go live. Week 3–4: first replies, MQLs and meetings in your calendar. From month 2 in the retainer: continuous scaling and optimisation.

Do I need my own tools or infrastructure?

Who owns the leads and data?

All generated leads, contact data and campaign data are 100% yours. Upon contract termination you receive all data and can continue to use it.
