What this is about
You are the operational mind behind our clients’ outbound campaigns. No slides, no pitching, you run the machine that produces pipeline every day. Triaging incoming replies, monitoring running sequences, approving copy, reporting back to clients. We give you the playbook, you make sure it runs.
We are CegTec, GTM Engineering partner for premium B2B brands in the DACH region. We combine AI-driven outreach workflows with an operator team that actually runs them. You lead this team as a full-time operator and own a portfolio of 5–10 clients.
What you do
- Inbound triage — review incoming replies from email and LinkedIn campaigns, qualify them, hand them off to the client’s sales loop
- Pipeline monitoring — daily health check of running campaigns: sending volume, reply rate, meeting conversion. Anomalies get caught early.
- Copy approval — QA new sequences and persona variants before send (tone, fact check, compliance)
- Analytics and reporting — weekly/monthly client updates: what worked, what did not, what is next
- Playbook upkeep — feed learnings from your campaigns back into the central playbook so the whole team benefits
- Client updates — structured communication with clients in our format (not customer success, more like program lead)
- Portfolio ownership — you own 5–10 clients in parallel, from kick-off to monthly review
What you bring
- At least 1–2 years experience in B2B outbound, sales ops, account management or similar, you know how a pipeline mechanically works
- Structured, process-oriented way of working, you handle 5–10 parallel pipelines without losing the thread
- Operational mindset, you solve problems before they escalate, you hate sloppy output more than extra work
- Excellent German (C1+) and solid English, you write clean client updates and copy reviews with a sense of style
- Comfortable with data, you read HubSpot/CRM reports, spot anomalies, interpret them sensibly
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Instantly or a similar outbound stack, we layer our own sales system on top
