What this is about
You run our AI content system. The core idea: founder insights and customer stories get turned into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blog drafts and case studies through AI workflows. You operate that machine, you do quality control, you make sure the output stays consistent and good.
We are CegTec, GTM Engineering partner for premium B2B brands in the DACH region. Our marketing is not “AI does everything”: AI writes the draft, you make the decisions. Style, edge, story, publishing. Nothing goes live without you.
20h/week during the semester, up to 40h during semester breaks, or a full-time internship for at least 6 months. After graduation there is a clear path to a full-time marketing/content role.
Track record in our ICP
Our environment: complex B2B in the DACH region (deal value from €15k) across several verticals — SaaS, IT services, industrial tech, renewable energy, professional services, MedTech. We expect a strong willingness to learn new topics, your own problem-solving skills and independent work in a fast-changing environment, plus students or interns who have already created content in a comparable B2B setup:
- Reach with numbers, posts or newsletters with documented performance (views, engagement, open rate), not “it went well”
- B2B voice, examples from B2B context, ideally SaaS or tech-adjacent, not just D2C or lifestyle
- AI in the workflow, you can show how you use AI as a tool: prompts, the diff between draft and final, your own edits
What you do
Content production through AI pipelines (~60%)
- Prepare founder insights from calls, Slack and notes as input for AI drafts
- QA and finalise AI-generated LinkedIn posts, newsletter sections and blog drafts
- Iterate prompts when the output is off, you understand what separates a good prompt from a bad one
- Maintain the content calendar, keep the posting rhythm
Repurposing (~20%)
- Turn one founder insight into five pieces: post, newsletter snippet, sales pitch quote, email signature, slide hook
- Build and improve AI workflows for repurposing
Case studies and quotes (~15%)
- Build case studies from AI-transcribed customer interviews
- Pull quote snippets for LinkedIn and sales pitches
Engagement and distribution (~5%)
- LinkedIn engagement: reply to comments, follow relevant conversations
- Orchestrate newsletter sends
What you bring
Must have:
- Enrolled student
- Excellent written German, confident English
- AI-affine, you have already worked with Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools and understand what separates a good prompt from a bad one
- Content sense, you recognise what works on LinkedIn and what does not
- Self-starter, you do not wait for tasks, you find the next lever
Nice to have:
- Your own LinkedIn or social presence with some reach
- First experience with content tools (Notion, Buffer, Hypefury, Substack)
- Interest in B2B marketing and GTM Engineering
How we measure success

- Equipment and tool stack: laptop, all relevant licences (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Pro, Notion, Buffer/Hypefury, all AI audio/transcription tools)
- What you learn: how modern B2B marketing is actually built around AI workflows, across several verticals, directly from the founder. That carries over.
- Clear path to a full-time marketing/content role after graduation
