GTM Operating System: Which Vendors Exist? (2026)
Which vendors call themselves a GTM operating system, and what they actually are: strategy frameworks, partner platforms, CRMs and agent-run execution layers.
GTM operating system: which vendors exist?
There is no single market called “GTM operating system”, but at least three kinds of vendor use the label. Elevate GTM Solutions sells a strategy and planning framework. Mindmatrix launched GTMOS on 21 October 2026 on top of its partner relationship management platform. CegTec builds go-to-market infrastructure where agents do the work: sequencing, data and memory in one platform. HubSpot and Salesforce are often listed beside them, but they are CRMs, a different category.
So the useful question is not “which is the best GTM operating system”, but “which job do I want it to do”. The rest of this article sorts the vendors by that job.
Four things sold under the same name
The term is young and not defined by any standard. In practice, vendors mean one of four things.
| What it is | What it does | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy framework | Structures planning, ownership and measurement of go-to-market work | Elevate GTM Solutions |
| Partner platform | Coordinates partner programmes, partner marketing and enablement | Mindmatrix GTMOS |
| System of record | Stores contacts, deals and pipeline | HubSpot, Salesforce |
| Execution layer | Agents research, qualify and run outreach on shared data and shared memory | CegTec (app.cegtec.net) |
Intent and account-based tools such as 6sense and Demandbase belong in a fifth, neighbouring group: they tell you which accounts to prioritise, and they are usually listed in the same buyer guides. They feed a GTM system rather than being one.
The vendors, one by one
Elevate GTM Solutions: strategy and planning
Elevate describes itself as an AI-native GTM operating system. According to its own buyer guide, it is organised around 14 modules that run from market research and ICP segmentation through positioning, messaging and pricing to launch, measurement and customer success. Its pitch is closing the gap between strategy documents and execution. It is a framework for deciding and tracking GTM work. The page does not describe agents sending outreach.
Mindmatrix GTMOS: partner ecosystems
Mindmatrix announced GTMOS on 21 October 2026. It builds on the company’s partner relationship management and partner marketing automation platform and is aimed at vendors that sell through partners. The announcement stresses a headless design, so partners can work from tools they already use, including AI assistants, instead of a portal. If your go-to-market runs through channel partners, this is the relevant one. For direct B2B outbound it is a different problem.
HubSpot and Salesforce: the system of record
Both are CRM platforms with marketing, sales and service functions. They hold your contact and pipeline data and remain the backbone for most revenue teams. They are not a replacement for a GTM operating system and a GTM operating system does not replace them. Why a CRM alone cannot show what works is covered in CRM vs. GTM system.
CegTec: the execution layer
app.cegtec.net is one platform for multichannel sequencing (LinkedIn and email), data (research with an integrated research agent, leads and companies) and memory (the platform learns from every reply and campaign, as an activatable learning loop). The agents do the research, qualification and outreach work. The approval sits at going live: a sequence only starts once a person approves it, whether a person or an agent created it. Agents, including coding agents such as Claude Code, connect over MCP; how that works is in GTM systems with a Claude Code integration.
CegTec does not do what the strategy frameworks do, and it does not manage partner programmes. It is built for B2B teams who want outreach and the learning from it to run as one system.
How to choose
- Name the job. Planning and alignment, partner channel, or hands-on execution. The categories above rarely overlap.
- Ask what runs without a click. A system that only records plans is a different purchase from one where agents carry out research and outreach.
- Find the approval point. Know where a person has to say yes, and what happens before that.
- Check the feedback path. Does the result of one campaign change the next one, or end up in a report? This is the difference described in self-improving GTM systems.
- Keep your CRM. Treat sync with it as a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
If you want to compare the layers of your current stack against these categories, GTM architecture: the five layers gives you a checklist.
Conclusion
“GTM operating system” currently names at least three different products. Read the label as a question, not an answer: what does this system do on its own, where does it wait for a person, and what does it remember. If the answer is research, outreach and learning on shared data, talk to us and we look at your stack together.
Common questions
What is a GTM operating system?
A GTM operating system is software that connects go-to-market strategy, execution and measurement in one system instead of leaving them in separate tools. The label is not standardised. Vendors use it for very different things: a strategy and planning framework, a partner-channel platform, or an execution layer where agents do the work. Before comparing vendors, decide which of these you are actually shopping for.
Which vendors call themselves a GTM operating system?
As of October 2026, at least three kinds of vendor use the term. Elevate GTM Solutions describes an AI-native GTM operating system built around strategy modules such as market research, positioning and pricing. Mindmatrix launched GTMOS on 21 October 2026, built on its partner relationship management platform. CegTec describes its platform as go-to-market infrastructure where agents do the work: sequencing, data and memory in one system. CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce are usually listed next to them but are a different category.
Is a CRM a GTM operating system?
No. A CRM is a system of record: contacts, deals, pipeline and history. It remains necessary and a GTM operating system does not replace it. What a CRM does not do by itself is link an action to its outcome and carry the lesson into the next campaign. That is the gap the GTM operating system label is meant to describe.
How do I choose between GTM operating system vendors?
Start with the job, not the label. If the problem is planning and alignment across teams, a strategy framework fits. If you run a partner programme, a partner platform fits. If the problem is that research, outreach and follow-up are done by hand across five tools, you need an execution layer. Then check three things: what the system can do without a person clicking, where a human has to approve, and whether what one campaign learns reaches the next one.
Does a GTM operating system replace my sales stack?
Usually it replaces the glue between tools more than the tools themselves. A CRM stays the system of record. Data providers, mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts stay as sources and channels. What changes is that one layer holds the data, runs the sequences and keeps the memory, so each tool no longer has its own version of the truth about the same lead.
