From sign-up to your first running, learning campaign — in five steps.

From sign-up to your first running, learning campaign — in five steps. The fastest path runs through Command: you describe what you want, the agent handles the structure, you approve. The web app stays the control room for review and approval, not the primary workspace.

  1. Workspace. Your Workspace is already set up and fully isolated from every other customer — nothing you do here is visible to other workspaces.
  2. Connect integrations. Connect at least one email sending account or LinkedIn account, and optionally enrichment and CRM Integrations. You connect accounts, not tools — the system resolves every action by category from there.
  3. Create Knowledge. Define your ICP, persona and offer as Knowledge assets — in dialogue with Command or directly in the control room. These assets are versioned and referenced by playbooks, never copied.
  4. Create a Playbook. A Playbook bundles your assets, an audience and the process configuration (sequence, channels, sending account) into a named campaign. Command can propose a playbook from a sentence or from an uploaded customer list.
  5. Approve. Before anything goes live and external — a send, an import, a paid enrichment — a Run shows up in the approval feed. You review scope and cost and approve it.

From here, the campaign runs on the “Pipeline” Workflow: sourcing, qualification, enrichment, personalization, sending. Replies run through the reply agent, and every outcome flows back into your workspace knowledge — see Learning Loops.
